So do you guys think Crazy Paul would be the way to get this to Michigan? Or maybe contacting PCA Systems directly?

This looks like it is a great direct replacement option for the factory system. I just want something semi simple that I can get installed, won't take up my trunk space, add some decent wattage, and some good sound. This looks like the ticket.

I wonder what the price for this package would be? This looks sweet! :)

Another link from PCA Systems with the same "Premium" Walkinshaw / JBL system 2350 watts peak, and also an "Extreme" JBL system 2780 watts peak (and other specs)......

I think you should buy BOSE :nah: j/k

Go here JBL (http://www.mobiletoys.com/partners/jbl/pages/whatFits.aspx) and click on the tabs for front and rear speakers. This system has to be the same or close minus the Wackinshaw Badges.

Looks like this system plus a little more...

I'd be willing to bet that you could buy these pieces individually here in the states. What you should be looking for is somebody that has part numbers.

That said, I do like the looks of this. Although I don't hate the stock stereo, I'm not terribly thrilled with it, either.

This topic has been brought up before but never went anywhere but that was before they added G8 fitments to the descriptions. I think the final price from down under was a bit cost prohibitive. But since they are obviously shooting for some of the US market I would just emaill them direct and see if it is possible to purchase from a US distributer if they have bothered to set up US distribution. If not I am sure Crazy Paul could get his hands on a kit but I still think it's going to be expensive. I would also bet the drivers could be sourced state side at the very least. A plug and play harness does sound nice on the 5 channel extreme system for us lazy people.

I think this is the 5 channel amp (http://www.jbl.com/car/products/product_detail.aspx?prod=GTO5355&Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA&cat=AMP&ser=GTS) seeing it's the only one offered right now.

No reason to go JBL here. You can do better with other brands buying individual components.

I've already got an Alpine 5 channel amp. I think I'd be better off just using that and some Polk or Infinity speakers, and some 8" sub free air upgraded speakers.....

JBL is ok, but nothing special. Pretty much on par with Alpine and Infinity.
