Lets make a plan

The only way a lot of us can get together is to make a plan. Its obvious with 100 degree plus days, now is not the time, but it does give us plenty of time to figure out just how many could commit to a get together say in September. If it has to be a Saturday for some of you I will take the day off. :) Lets get some ideas on how far everyone wants to travel etc.
