as the title says...against a BOSS F150 with heads/cam and lightening blower 477rwhp...from 20-100 i lost. i pulled 1/2 car off the bat but he spun. passed me by 70 and by 100 he was 1.5-2 cars ahead. man i need to get those LT's and tune done....i'm tired or getting walked on lol

from how you describe it, sounds like an honorable death. That is a LOT of power to go up against with a stock G8 GT.

it did ok at the track. i dont practice launching so i'm not really all that good or consistant.....basically i suck :(
but i was able to pull off a 12.1 @ 115 with a 1.88 60'. not bad i guess for a 03 Z with vararam, axleback and tune with me being 295#'s 375/380rw is what she was able to do on the dyno.

true...but no one really likes to lose....even when you knew "this is gonna hurt" lol....to a FORD no less....AND a truck :hang:

I'd say it did very good at the track. 1.88 60 foot time is a pretty darn respectable launch. And it's super close to high 11's.

from what i hear a 1.88 isnt to bad at all. i was only able to do that once. all my other 60's were 1.95 or 2.0. i still have the stock clutch and well...she doesnt like hard launches lol. now if i could just lose 100# or so maybe i would hit that 11.99.....might be easier to just hire a jockey lol
