BTW----lived in N. Buffalo for 5 yrs on Tacoma Ave, next to the ice rink. I used to play quite a bit of soccer in the indoor soccerplex in Tonawanda. My wife is from Williamsville. Great place.

Many, many boatanchor forums (antique ham and military radios and transmitters) I have a room full of that stuff, I repair them and use them, the call's KB1OKL. The room is quite heavy as they usually run from 50-100lbs with 85 lbs being average. These are all tube type radios, some have as many as 32 tubes and will perform as good as the best of today, most of these were made in the 50's and 60's I have some WWII stuff too. Been collecting these since I was a kid, I also have a lot of old console radios. I have a Majestic console in my living room from 1929 which works well.

Oh yeah I'm a bass player, been playing for years and belong to several bass forums.

It is in my basement. I did everything myself (studs, wiring, drywall, etc). 110" screen front projection 2.35:1 when I use the zoom. Currently the wall is just painted white since I haven't decide on which screen size to buy yet.

7.1 system but only have 5.1 since I haven't bought speakers yet.
Hand built bar with built in beer tap. I don't have any pictures online but I will try and post some tonight if I think about it.

Sounds pretty nice.(especially the bar!) I wish we had basements here in Texas. My setup is in my family room since we dont have an extra one. Plasma mounted above the fire place and triad speakers. Hopefully my next house I'll get a media room. :watch::brock:

I have two trunk clip NMO mounts. One for VHF and one for UHF. I am an Extra class but do not do much with low band stuff. I am on the forum dodgecharger.com sometimes. I have to get up early in the morning. A friend is following me to a car show in my G8. I am driving the Charger. It should be fun with both cars there. I can't leave out the new car. I just love that thing. As said in the radio world, "73's" everyone. I am QSY to bed.

I'm studying for the Extra right now, went through tech school years ago and have to pick up a calculator and brush up on my formulas, I forgot them all, don't use them. There's a lot of AM around here, I use a 100 watt (100 lb) DX-100 with a 160M dipole and 2060 antenna tuner. I'd like to get something for the car though. 73.
