Does anyone know the drag coefficient for our cars? I think my vette was like .022 or thereabouts. A friend was looking at my car the other day and said, "man, you're sure pushing a lot of air with that thing." That got me to thinking about it....I thought we had fairly good aerodynamics on these cars.

I have read that it is 0.33 from a pretty informed source.

My '98 F150 has a CD of about .45... Anymore it's hard to tell by the looks IMO.

Yup that is where I got my info. I have eaten dinner with that guy a few times.

Corvette coefficient of drag, according to Motor Trend is .28. Most modern cars fall somewhere between .30-.33.

The Chevrolet Traverse has a coefficient of 0.33. Either it's amazingly aerodynamic for its size, or our cars kinda suck in this area.
