Pontiac G8 vs. Holden Commodore

If the Pontiac G8 came from the Holden Commodore and Pontiac is gone after 2011, What is happening to Holden and their lineup?? Would anyone know?

I've loved Holden Commodores from day 1. I hope there is a way GM can keep a Holden Commodore in it's Chevrolet lineup.

I went to Australia last June/July for 3 weeks and was astounded at the cars I saw on the streets there. people are actually PROUD still of their homegrown hero's. I was in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland. I managed to get 3 photo-radar speeding tickets on the M1 in Vic... $500 worth LOL! I couldn't understand why people drove like maniacs in the city and pussies on the highway, guess now I know lol.

I loved the country though and will return to it when I can. its very much like here, minus the shit weather in the winter. I've been waiting for the VE Commodore to hit our shores since I first heard it would years ago, I'm just glad I had the opportunity to snatch one up lol.
