I have Diamond Audio Hex seperates, Diamond Audio coaxes, a JL 250/1 class D amp, Diamond Audio 300/2 2 channel amp and a JL 12w2v2 sub that are approximitely 4 years old. They have only been used for 2 years and have been sitting on a shelf the other 2 in my garage. I was thinking of having these installed into the G8. I want to use the factory head unit and if possible retain the steering wheel controls. I will need to purchase at least a 2 channel amp since I will be using the Hex crossovers and making the back doors rear fill. What else will I need to purchase other than the amp for the doors to provide the best sound while keeping the steering wheel controls? Any advice would be much appreciated.
