Caliper Paint Color?

I want the view of my car from the side to stand out more. I'm thinking that painted calipers would do the trick. Help me decide the best color. My car is Maverick Silver Metallic - think Silver.

Here is what I was thinking as possible color options:
Blue (starting the HID/LED look?)
Silver (match the car?)
Red (overdone?)
Yellow (might really pop out at you?)

What do you guys think for caliper color with Silver GT?

I don't feel like red is overdone. Looks good on any color car. I think I'll go red while my wheels are getting powder coated.

I've seen some silver corvettes and silver mustangs with painted calipers and they seem a little garish. I have Liquid Red and painted the calipers red. Not too loud. How about just clear coating the already silver calipers on your car to accent them?

Yes, that's what I'm thinking. Color-matching blends too much for what I am trying to achieve. Red on Black looks great! Red on Silver is good too! Silver on Black like the post above looks great! Silver on my silver - it will match but it won't stand out.

Here are some silver car pictures with yellow calipers. Really jumps out. Yes, I know it's a Ferrari :)

I have been questioning myself on this subject... Red IS overdone. Since I really like it when people know my car is really MY car, I am debating doing my calipers a pinkish color. :)

a nice green would look bitchen too! I see Grand Prix's all the time that are beat up and nasty but have nice red calipers... hondas, mustangs all kinds of cars. Too many IMHO

I used to have a Firebird, I had the P O N T I A C letters like that as well.
Its a cute look, I am thinking of a darker purpleish pink tho. Something that does not look washed out, do you know what/where she got the paint?

Get the woman in the parking lot to hit the side of your car. It will really stand out. HOWEVER, I do like the red calipers.
