View Full Version : Dash Hawk OBDII cable

The cable that plugs into the port that connects to the Dash Hawk unit is faulty. The unit keeps cutting on and off. I tested the cable this morning and it appears that it not getting a consistent signal. Is this a cable I can pick up somewhere, does it have its own seperate part number? The forunate thing is if I can buy the little plug that connects into the unit, I can have it sautered back onto the cable and moulded to seal it.

I got the cable issue squared away. Have another coming my way.


Is the dash hawk a one per vehicle, or can you use it other vehicles also?

Cool. I wasn't sure since it said something about reading the VIN. Now I can scan my DD "beater" that does have some issues.
