crushed an srt charger...

i was driving around town, at a time when everyone else is out cruising around in their cars (some nice, some crappy)... after a while i spot an SRT charger going up the street, so i flip a U turn and follow him... i didnt know it at the time, but he was heading to a spot to race some other cars and i was following... i pull in behind him, and there are a few other cars already there (a boosted teg, a fox body with unknown mods, and a few other cars)... the fox is trying to get the SRT to race him, when all of a sudden the SRT driver starts paying attention to me... after acknowledgment and greetings, he says he doesnt wanna race me, but after a bit of goading by me, he agrees to it... we decide to go from a dig, and we soon proceed to line up for the race, ON A CLOSED STREET... so we line up, stage, and the passenger in the SRT counts off to 3... we both spin a little bit, and once i hook, i leave him, putting roughly 5-6 (that is being generous) lengths on him by 110... he is a nice guy and is very gracious in defeat, as am i to him... he goes on to tell me his is a stage II SRT with a few mods... i tell him my mods and we both exchange goodbyes and go about our way... i do love those chargers, but i love smacking them down even more...:driving:

It's always nice to have a decent exchange after a race. It's the sore losers or occasional snotting winners that almost make it not worth the time.

Nicely done. I was playing with just an Charger Daytona R/T the other day. We did a 0-60 sprint on a 50MPH road from a stop light. I took it by a little. Note: I am bone stock.

My wife who was behind me at the light wasn't impressed as this was a friend and we both had our kids in the car. When your car is called a piece of shit, you have to stand up.
