So i searched everywehre on here and g8board and havent really found anything to my use accept the bulb size lol

but my question is...is there anyone out there who has changed the bulbs on there foglights to hid's or a different kinda of bulb? I know if u do hid's in the stock fogs it will melt the housing, So i wanted to do kinda like a luminics bulb that looked like hid's but really wasnt. The only problem is that i cant find anyone who makes a foglight bulb in 5202. they only have hid kits and stock bulbs for them

All help is greatly appericated
Shaun

Yea i had saw a couple threads with your pic in it of the fogs. What kind of mods did u have to do to the fogs to get everything to work? Have you had any melting or anything like that?

You have to make your own brackets if you buy from them(Blinglights).

I tried HID with stock housing and mine melted hell Eric my Friend who has a white one put the Putco bulbs in his and it melted. I have been working with a company to create High out put LED bulbs for out fogs but not enough demand for them to continue the project. There was a guy who took the stock bracket for the stock bulbs and used those and fabricated the HID's to fit those and I believe they have not melted yet. I'm thinking about trying that in a week or so.

Yea i just saw that, he is from canada or something so its always cold. I was thinking about doing that also to see if it works maybe. If it melts the housing i have some other fogs that are exact same size with metal housing so ill switch to those till then.
