Absolutely, but it will require a tune to get the most out of it.

Things like the pulley and the ported TB are what I like to call "enhancements". The work together with your other mods to make everything better.

The pulley/balancer takes less HP to turn the accessories. It also weighs less than the stock piece, allowing the engine to rev quicker. Noticeable? Maybe, maybe not.

The ported TB is said to give you better throttle response and it will smooth out the air-flow into the plenum. Will you notice the HP increase? By itself, I doubt it.

BUT, if you add up all the little 5 and 6hp increases, well then you'll notice it.

You wan't something you can feel, you should do what everybody usually does first. Get a ECM/TCM tune and a CAI. You WILL feel a difference. Then if you have the money, get the long tube headers from American Racing headers or Kooks. More but dyno increases.

I have the pulley and CAI you show sitting in my basement waiting on the car which I believe was made on Mars because it's been 7 months this month since I ordered it. :offtopic:

Anyway... What Georgeinnepa says is pretty much gospel! The CAI does increase a stock tune some 11hp if I remember right and the others you will see more on the track.

Airborne...I have installed the CAI and really like it. Other than the new look under the hood I love the sound of it at WOT. I have the UDp as well and will have that installed at the end of the month when I have my tune done. No complaints here!
