Finally after weeks of 13.1x's i went out to Great Lakes Dragway in wisconsin with my Friend Jared. I wasnt expecting anything out of my car. He was there to beat the AWD TBSS bolt on record. I was there for moral support and decided to race.


My previous best is a 13.12 at 106mph with a 1.95 60'


80* out today, DA was 2000!! Right off the highway i tech in and get in line.

Did not clean off the tires, and ran a 13.08 at 108mph. I was psyched!


Long story short, waited for the weather to cool down to ~70*.

Squeezed off these 3 beuts!

Mods in Sig.. all stock tune!

3.45 gears will be ordered within the next week :woohoo:

Ive been attempting to hit 12s since i was 17... started with my GTP (cammed, headers, race trans....) never got it running right...

then moved onto my cobalt SS/SC.... yea...

Now i guess i just needed a v8 + RWD ;)

Congratulations. I hope to hit 12's sometime this spring.
I won't be able to do it without tires though.

nice....if the 3.45's work as well as the 3.27's did for me....you'll be around a 12.5 or lower.
Now....I got to get back to the track....haven't run her since the header/x-pipe install. Gotta move up some.....on the times list

I too tried to get close to the 12's in my GTP, but the damn thing never ran right either. I never got out to the track more than once with it, then had some big problems w/ the car.
