View Full Version : New Stealth Enclosure
Well, dropped the car off at 701 Customs here in Minot, ND and had my friend Jay Crow fab up a stealth enclosure. Here is his creation:

The gray stuff you see around the enclosure is eDead. Some of it peeled up when he was removing the tape. I just need to reorder some and do some touchups.
And just so you know, thats two 12" P3 Rockford subs.

Looks sweet!
I see an Elemental Amp under the dash. How many watts ? How do you like the sound?
Nine.1
Model Name : NINe.1 Amplifier
RMS Power @ 12.5v : 1200W x 1 @ 1 Ohm
900W x 1 @ 2 Ohm, 450W x 1 @ 4 Ohm
I run at 1ohm.
Sound, love it. The eD amplifier puts out way more than enough power for these two 12's. Gains on the amp are 1/4. The subs themselves, in my opinion, are the best sounding on the market.

very nice!! if that was mine i would try and take out the trunk mat plastic piece and put a sheet of plexi glass over the subs and add a light or something under there.

We thought about a false floor but decided to mod the factory. The factory lid fits snug and is easy to mod

Yeah...I thought about the same thing... But it is so easy to build a new floor replacement and also You can preserve the factory one too.
This was not my car though...I wish it was....
Mine is grey and does not have the sport rims.....
I shoulda got black...oh well...

Very clean! Do you know if anything special needs to be done to mount the amp to the bottom of the rear deck? Is it screwed directly into it?

Screwed directly into it. Just make sure you look before you drill.
