This intake is what's commonly known as the OTR from Australia. Mine specifically is a replica bought directly from Oz, with no difference really other than the lack of branding insignias on it. I installed the PCV hose hub and hose, as shown.
Fits perfectly, looks awesome, intalls or comes back off literally in only a few minutes, and is a about the only OTR that--by design--does not necessitate any radiator tilting or other modification. I bought it off of Ebay Australia a little bit ago because it was "the one" I always wanted, but couldn't fathom spending $700 through JHP. In the end, the look and such was great, but I ended up preferring a side unit, rad cover, etc.--I change my mind a lot, and often;)
It's 2 pieces, a lower box with a very large rectangular K&N filter that lays horizontally, and the top lid that mounts it to the radiator support & is open to the filter. Constructed of fiberglass, painted black--has a couple of light scratches on the underside front of the box from install.
