With Pontiac being shown the door and with a lot of uncertainty with GM and possible bankruptcy APS has decided to not do any more runs of G8 Twin Turbo Kits. We made a deal with them to purchase the final remaining kits and we are down to our last few remaining. If you have ever seriously considered getting this kit for your G8 I recommend acting soon.

Thats too bad.
This is probably my choice for a power adder.

No bucks to mod right now. If they had them in the future. Turbocharging would be my way to go.

I have the money, but with the economy the way it is I need to hold onto it.

It's beautiful unit. I may end up with a forged 427 short block instead.

Why stop if it fits the Holdens too? Isn't APS originally an AU based company anyway? The GTO's ceased production and they're still produced, as are the FBODY kits

We don't understand the logic ourselves, but it really sucks. :(

This is sad...I probally would have bought this kit in a few years once I had some miles on the car and some money in my pocket....:bye:

The price won't change. The APS TT Kit is absolutely worth every penny it is listed at. We've proven that the kit can make awesome power and people have been snapping them up at the current price.

Damn how sad

Doesn't make sense why, they still make kits for other cars that are not in production....

what i think is stupid. is ok so the g8 is done in 09. and people will have these cars for the next 10 years. why cut that line. that is stupid. i bought a used 2006 HD truck with the 8.1 and i called whipple and they stopped making the kit for the 8.1, but hell i guess all the trucks dissapperered to.

I would not put one of those gen tt kits even if they gave it to me.......

You're the first who's said that to me. Any specific reasons why?

As a GenTT owner for the GTO, I can tell you that Martin offers a lot of bang-for-the-buck. His reputation in Australia is great, and he has worked hard to bring affordable products to the US. APS has NOT always been good about some of their issues (some turbo problems, for example) and generally is a good bit more expensive.

Both of these kits will do the trick.
