What are you all paying for the GXPs?

First:
I am interested in buying a G8 GXP for my daily driver (gotta part with my Montero and IS300) and wanted to know what people are really paying for them. I have talked to 3 different dealers, and they say 'Sticker price minus incentives.' Is this true?

Second:
With the advent of the new Camero hittting the market and the death of Pontiac, do you think dealers will start to negotiate more aggressivly as the end of 2009 gets closer? Thanks!

I paid 37k in March for mine sticker was almost 41k and the 37k was w/ 0% financing could have bought it for 34k and no 0%.
