It was a bull$hit civil case over a dog that ran out into the street that cause a serious motorcycle accident. Lesson learned, don't let your dog run out into the street and cause a serious motorcycle accident. Given it was a civil case and we did not need to have a unanimous decision, a hung jury was less likely, but we did need a super majority of 10 out of 12. When we started it was 7 to 5, then went 8 to 4, then went 6 to 6, then went back to 7 and 5, and then finally 10 to 2. We deliberated for almost three freakin' days.

You sir are about exactly right, which means I made mod money!!! (you also left out one free breakfast and two free lunches). Now I can use that money to get the engine tuner to tune it to run better with my Vararam I won today.
