Nice! I managed to salvage mine from the totaled '08 in perfect condition. I have the same lettering in black.

i know these are just powdercoated, is there any gloss to them? also are they clear coated

Very low gloss clearcoat on them. I just threw a coat of wax on them and they shine up nicely.

The quality and fit are amazing.

Those look pretty sweet. I prefer the black lettering...but I always prefer black. It's closer to the color of my soul.
