A friend just traded his dark grey o8gt 4000 miles, premium pkg, sport package on a Caddy CTS-V. Cadillac dealer is in Belair, Md. Nice car, well cared for. Trade in price was 21000.00. Offer them 22000.00. Good luck!

Anchor Pontiac in Elkton,MD ask for Fred Hailey tell him John from Oxford, Pa

other offers I had by $1200.

Well i obviously like to make things difficult lol. They are two kick ass colors tho. This Schafer and Strohminger or whatever down Bel Air rd is the current place im dealing with to get their PSM GT, its an early 09 with a bunch of scratches and 87 test drive miles...and they wont go below 30,500 out the door, BS

You should have checked out the other site. A dealer there was selling 09s for
about 26K.

damn. But still after taxes and etc etc id be at like 28.5k financed versus the 16.5k im financed for now, still couldn't have afforded a G8, I think I was delusional for a little while there. In about a year though, if all goes as planned, i will have a g8. I dont ever check the other site anymore, just fell outta habit, plus i hate it lol. shoulda though i guess for something like that, but once again, i realized slowly that id be dying to try to make the payments each month.

Oh well, at least you got something you could realistically afford, and hopefully will enjoy it!

My road to the G8 started with a loaded '08 G6 GT coupe a year ago that was my first new-new car and perfect, had it not been a problematic lemon. Still, even after all the repairs, the issues, etc. I loved it and still miss the thing.

That was the Pontiac that got me stuck on them...even had a loaded new Malibu that was its replacement and, arguably, a much more impressive car on the same platform as most would now say, BUT it just never fully did it for me. The G6 was fun, actually.

Long post aside...enjoy, thanks for buying another Pontiac despite what's going on with the brand, and best wishes with it!

Thanks a lot! Yeah I am a Pontiac guy through and through. Dad had a 79 Formula that he drove me around in as a baby, in the early 90s. Then that sat in the driveway and I tinkered with it as a kid, but it had frame rot so we sold it for like 500 bucks. Then he bought his 98 Bonneville, black, so nice looking to me at least. From there, I bought my 68 GTO, when I was 15 to restore, about 7 years ago now almost. From there I got my 96 Grand Am, sold that to get my 98 Grand Prix, that just had the head gasket go on it, but its in my driveway, and then I bought my 97 Grand AM, selling that, and I bought my new G6. Oh and in between the Grand Prix and the newer Grand Am my dad bought his G8, 08 GT IOM. Oh and also, the first car I ever drove was on my 14th b day, which was my uncles 25th Anny TA, that is a sweet car that he still has too. SOOOO longer post aside, myself and my family is VERY pontiac loyal. It was only right that I bought a new one before it was no more!
