Any Other Comments:
I rated the power flash cable as a 10 as it performed it's expected function.
I had not used the flashxpress cable before so the software did have to be loaded on my lap top.
One thing caught my attention though.
On programming the ECM for the 1st time the license screen didn't come up. It stayed at 0 percent for several minutes before I closed out the program.
I did not shut my key off though. I did get a little nervous at this point. The 2nd time I opened the program and selected my file and connect, it worked perfectly.
It did the same thing when I did the TCM programming, however I was expecting it this time.
I received my modded files promptly from Vector as well. Very nice.

Yes, I'm a previous Vector customer. I didn't get charged for the tune.

Ok, I see. So without a previous tune its like $500 something total.

Duh, of course.

LOL, sorry. It was easier to type that than to go looking for it. :)

I got mine yesterday too. Along with a new tune today. Cable was easy to load up -- no issues with XP. My AntiVirus kept it from properly connecting to my car, after disabling that -- no problems!

For the legions of VMS tune customers like myself, it is GREAT.

Takes seconds to grab my own cable, laptop, and run out to the car anytime and load an updated flash, etc., as I recently did for an intake. Really, the only downtime now is just waiting for one of the busy Vector guys to email reply a new tune...so, you know, easy is the key word;)
