It seems you might be correct. In GM's catalog they list the touchup tube as WA690L and they list WA690F for the spray can. I would guess if you found WA690F that is the correct code.

I work in a body shop and GM uses a 3 digit paint code. It should be one of these
17U = Maverick Silver
18U = Magnetic Gray
80U = Phantom Metallic

For all in the future here is a great site to find your paint code AND buy touch up pens, containers with brushes, aerosol cans and straight paint that you mix and spray all with your car color. I bought a can and the paint looks great for my PSM. I believe Wreck Writer first mentioned this, so I wont take credit...

I'm needing a bottle of Magnetic Gray Metallic. It's not showing up through them?
edit -- apparently it is called Evoke Metallic?

Yeah they have goofy color names. Would be interesting to know where they get the color names from. I am sure Greg knows. My Pacific Slate was Karma Metallic. I double checked the code and it was the one and the color matches extremely well.

It seems those are the Aussie names, maybe? A quick search of Evoke Metallic and Pontiac brought up some Commodore hits.
Just ordered a bottle of touch-up from them.

I am going to take a stab at this....apparently there are two silvers? Holden Silver is called Nitrate Metillic online.... I put the ones I am positive on in bold.
Liquid Red (Holden) | WA352N | Red Passion Met
Magnetic Gray (Holden) | WA354N | Evoke Met
??????? | WA460N | Cobra Met
Stryker Blue (Holden)| WA608R | Voodoo Met
Pacific Slate (Holden) | WA610R | Karma Met
?????? | WA636R | Switchblade Silvr Mt (would assume this is the Maverick Silver?)
White Hot (Holden) | WA679F | Heron White
Sport Red (Holden) | WA687F | Red Hot
Panther Black (Holden has this one as black on their site, goes against what Greg said for Silver??)| WA690F | Phantom Met

Did you find it? Most GM cars paint codes are on a little sticker in the trunk under the mat. (or on the mat). Next to the last line will have a bunch of numbers with one of them having a U at the end of it. Thats your paint code. To be exactly sure the very last line will have a WA- #. If you can't find it (the sticker) let me know and I will go look at mine and tell ya where it's at.
