difference in superchips

I was looking at the cortex superchips and saw two of them. If anyone could tell me the difference between the Grey cortex tuner and the Red flashpaq tuner and which one would be the one to get for performace. i have a vararam now and plan on getting an exhaust soon. Thanks for the info

Cortex has a 2 year powertrain warranty, the flashpaq doesn't.

Both do the exact same thing ;)

Has anybody actually used the Cortex warranty?
Is it really worth it?
If anything went wrong could you not just flash back to stock and use your GM powertrain warranty?
