How much, and is it possible to get whatever the piece is that we cut up for our Rotofab? I actually cut out a 6x9 piece to put in a NACA brake duct and some 6" dryer tubing but I'd still like to replace the body panel. Thanks,
Jimmy

Shoot Greg @ Pace a PM and he will take care of you.

Charlie, do you know the name of this piece?

Not the technical term, but its the under body shield that attaches to the nose piece. There is only one plastic shield in the front of the car so it wont be a problem IDing it.

FYI-taken from a PM from Greg.(cut and pasted) The part number is 92201783 - $219.34. The local warehouse has them in stock. It would take a day or two to arrive.I added it to our website

I knew as clean as your engine bay is you couldn't stand having a "patched" panel, I can't either!!! :)

LMAO! Guilty as charged. What happened was a customer wanted me to do his and I was like how about we just swap? Done. The only thing was mine looked like new and his I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning. lol

Tip for future LPM'ers,

Don't cut a hole, instead cut a U shape or H shape, and fold back the plastic to create the opening. This allows you to "close" it back up later.

$2.00 worth of aluminum or plastic and a couple rivets......

Either way your brain will implode and reach critical mass :poof: No style points for a patch-job :).

You might also consider using that hole to funnel air to a trans cooler, if you are using a higher stall converter.

That way you can use the front of the car for the intercooler. ;)

I just left mine open, more air into the engine compartment is a good thing.
