They already have the 3.6 V6 slated for it, now the next logical step would be to throw in the V8. Not a bad looking rearend either.

I've seen it in person and it WILL be a good seller for them.

Its interior is amazing.

I realize it's FWD but most American prefer that now.

I would rather see it in AWD form.

Americans have made other choices that I do not agree with. It remains to be seen if their choices are worth a warm bucket of piss.

So the LaCrosse will be the whole car line for Buick in a year or so? So they've got that and the Enclave... that's it? Why is it worth keeping as a US brand again?

"The entry-level CX model features front-wheel-drive and a 255 horsepower motor. The CXL, which features a leather interior and more luxury features, is slightly more expensive at $30,395. All-wheel-drive is a $2,175 option. The range-topping CXS features AWD standard, plus a more powerful 280 hp V6."

put our V8 on that platform and it'd be a fun fast car

better yet make it AWD with an LS7 :D

I just had a g35x owner admiring my G8 over lunch, maybe I should offer to trade him for a day see how that AWD system works.

Not sure what AWD they would use in the Buick but the AWD in my TBSS was amazing! Very quiet and never any kind of binding or anything.. I would love to see that system in a 4 door car with the L76 or LS3! the big problem with that is the MPG would take a huge hit again creating another GM car that does not sell well..

I'd rather see this come here with a V8.

If GM doesn't bolster Buick's line-up with more youthful vehicles, I don't think GM will have a chance to survive.

I'd like to see our Pontiacs reincarnated as follows:

Base G8--LeSabre or Lucerne
G8 GT--GN (Grand National)
G8 GXP--GNX
Solstice--Wildcat

Hell of a lot better looking that that American Buick barge, too bad they don't put V8's in them, if it can't be Pontiac I'd rather see them become Chevy's..
