anyone having Vista / Dashhawk Hook up issues?

I can not get my Dash Hawk to work with my new lap top.......I have gone through all of the tips on the dash hawk website forum......anyone have similiar issues they would like to share on how they fixed it.....

Yes on both of my laptops that have vista..I just resurrected our old desktop that has XP and so far no problems.

I have no problems with vista, whats the error you are getting when you try to get the dash hawk to sync?

I will have to check it agian.......I got it to finally not kill the download due to non-certified license.....but it will not connect to the dashhawk....the screen on the dashhawk stays red.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark here.. I'm assuming you installed the cd that came with the unit. So the drivers are installed. Did you try disabling UAC in vista?
