AT I-75 Florida Exit 126 (just South of Ft. Myers)

Of the 24, at least 18 are probable, with 2 maybe's, and 4 doubtfuls.

"The Alley" is a mess.... We can smell the smoke much more today than yesterday AM.

May not be contained completely until Monday...

But... Hopefully the Alley will be open by Sunday AM...

Does this mean that all cars coming across the alley will end up being Gray????

Miami cars could take Tamiami Trail, its open.

Yea coming from Miami Gardens I'd have to go south to get to the Tamiami Trail, it'd probably make the trip more like 2.5 hrs. It's the only alternate route outside of taking US 27 though

Hopefully the alley will be open by sunday am... Fire is moving west, and is now burning west of sr 29.... About 30 mi east of naples. We can see it in the sky.... But so far the smoke cloud is moving south west. Had ash on cars parked outside this am.....

Please try and come anyway.... Us 41 out of south miami to collier blvd (county 856) - north 5-6 mi to i-75 at mm 101, and then north to 126.

0r... Us 27 north to sr 80 west to ft myers and i-75, then south about 10 mi to exit 126.... Shouldn't take over 30 minutes longer......b]

Sorry, but I'm a late scratch....

Graduation is on Tuesday and it looks like school will control my life until the very end. I just spoke with members from a group project and I'll have to be in school all day tomorrow to finish up what they should have taken care of last week.
