Well, I just got back from Atco a little bit ago. First time racing in about 5/6 years. Rotofab, VMS tune, and Magnaflow Axlebacks. Had almost 3/4 tank of gas and my fatass to add weight. All three runs were within 30 minutes and then had to get going.

First run I had a 2.1 60' and 13.510@105.81
Second run- 2.079 and 13.399@104.65
Third run- 2.077 and 13.41x@106.xx(don't have this slip with me)

Also, it's shifting into fourth just feet before the traps

Overall I'm happy, I'll be going back on Thursday with the Vararam installed. A lighter driver and an emptier tank would've netted better results, but ehh. I'll post slips up later.

When it hits 80mph, tap the shifter and it will stay in 3rd gear. If it hits the limiter, have Kirk raise it. You are in the 12s and just dont have the slip yet!

I've seen this mentioned before. Let me get this straight. In normal mode, when you hit 80, tap it into sport? Or, your in sport, when you hit 80, tap it down once?
You really think 12's with just those three mods? :woohoo:

Sport mode. Yes. I ran 12.70 with a Rotofab and the same combo + a pulley on the factory 19s with a 1.90 60 fter.

So if I weigh 3lbs less I should run a 12.69 :woohoo:

Those must have been perfect conditions that nobody will ever see again lol. Im lighter than you, basically the same mods, and ran a 13.05 on a 1.98 60' on 18's with the factory Bridgestones. I wonder if your lower altitude has anything to do with it, I think my track is ~700ft above sea level. Im assuming Texas would be quite a bit lower. Do you happen to remember the conditions that day?
