3.75 inches OD and it has a 90mm bore.

OK, so I would have to use a 4x3.75 reducing band right?

The hose at the maf is usually the only problem. What are you trying to concoct and maybe I can help.

I want to make my own CAI. I have found all the pipe and bands.I know I will have to reduce at the maf. I just didn't know about the throttle body.

From what I can see a 4" will be a tad big on the throttle body. But not that big of a deal. It looks like a 3.75 would be tight fit on there. Am I right?

IMO the way to decide would be to measure the actual ID of the 2 possible elbow sizes. (A 4" coupler is designed to go over 4"OD tube, so is likely even larger than 4.000" when measured).

Then I'd compare the "elasticity" of the material.

Ask the manufacturer or supplier " Will your 3.75" coupler expand enough (hot water) to go over a 100.7mm (3.96") lump and then live happily on a 98.5mm (3.88") OD pipe ?

It is 4in. That was my fault. I looked at a receipt where I bought some hoses and forgot the 3.75 is too small.
