Case Learn - When switching ECMs

I have two ECMs and I was going to be switching back and forth between the two. Does a Case Learn only have to be done only once per ECM and then they can be switched without doing it again? Or each time I switch them do I have to re-do the case learn?

I'm working on a tune on a unlocked ECM and will be switching between the Locked ECM I have with a good tune, and my unlocked ECM.

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm talking about removing the ECM from the car and putting in a different one.

The one you are currently using can be swapped in and out repeatedly without the need for a case relearn.
The new ECM will only need the case relearn once.

I'm in the same boat. I have my locked Livernois ECM that I ran 11.81 with and I have another unlocked ECM in the car now that
we are using to play with the trans tune.

I have since eliminated the locked ECM completely so I could fine tune the engine for additional mods.
