Doors hard to open on our TB - grease/lube suggestions

All 4 doors on our Trailblazer feel like they need to be greased badly - they are a pain in the ass to open and close. I sprayed some stuff on them I had in the garage, but it didn't do anything (was just some gun cleaner spray, actually). Any other suggestions?

Try a penetrating spray lube and see if it loosens the hinge. Ususally I use any synthetic type spray on periodic maint. to avoid them getting this bad.

The best I have found for long term smooth operation is some graphite dust in water in a spray bottle. Shake well and spray. Not used to free them up but the nice thing is there is no oil to collect the dirt and dust.

I use chain lube spray. It penetrates then solidifies into grease. Plus it has a straw for easy application.
