Kooks LTs with 1 7/8, Catless Xpipe, Hooker mufflers


Back up my 13.12 with a 13.14 and 13.15 (talk about consistant! heh)


Best 1/4 : 13.12
Best trap: 106.7mph
Best 60' : 1.95

Trans is hanging up REALLY bad on the 3-4 shift. I really think i could hit a 12.999 or 13.0001 with it shifting as it does on the street.

Got any sound clips? Are they AeroChamber mufflers? Nice times BTW, I'd say get a good ECM/TCM tune on that bad boy and see if some mid 12s can be had.

im not 100% sure the terms of the mufflers... but its more like a magnaflow muffler.. RATHER than a flowmaster 40 muffler, if that helps.


im about to switch over to a flowmaster, since im picking up a new daily driver and dont care about "comfort?" i guess, for the g8

Get a tune for crying out loud! You would probably pull 12.60's or so with a good tune! Great times btw!

I got my best time by pulling shifter back once in 3rd to hold it in 3rd and carried it through the traps w/o a shift to 4th. I bumped the rev limiter just beyond the line. YMMV.

i tried that... but it runs out of gear. about 100feet before the line it over-revs.

I have a friend with HP tuners and i really wanna hit 12s with the stock tune and just headers-back. Can i just raise the MPH from 95 to 98, and the rpm up to 6200 or something to hold it longer? Think that would be okay on a stock motor?

Man i need more practice, i'm more modded than that i can't beat those numbers, i whent last night to the track thing i'll go back out today. 1/8 track here.
