whats a wood pad ??? :)

The Hawk HPS pads are some of the best pads on the market hands down.

They dust is a little heavier than stock, but thats to be expected with any performance pad.

Thanks

OK so lets get some part numbers folks!

Throw the man a bone here...

I'd like to see a compromise between good braking and dust...

Anyone?

I had the Hawk HPS pads on my SS and they worked well. The dust was not to bad. I dont think it was any worse than the stock pads on my G8.

I was running the hawk hp brake pads on my e36 325I when i was stationed in germany due to the normal weekend runs down on the nordschleife. They did throw more dust than stock and also made a quite a bit more noise than stock once warm due to mine not having the anti squeal on them. But performance wise they were pretty awesome. I had very minimal fade out there on the track. The stopping power was alot better than stock overall was a very good set of pads for daily driving and the weekend laps at nurburgring.

Hawk HPS on my TA, love 'em.

As mentioned before, they produce more dust, but there is less fade, and stopping power is great as well. Mine weren't as noisy as some people have reported, they're actually fairly quiet, but I have slotted rotors as well.

Im waiting on Pagid to make pads for it... they are the best pads I have run and produce very low brake dust.

They would only get noisy on my BMW after they got hot and by hot i mean doing 2-3 laps on nurburgring then they would squeal a bit but normal everyday driving they were good.

LOL after 3 laps around the Nurburgring, I would think they were making noise because they were worn out! haha

If it is perfoirmance you want, use Hawk HPS. Used them on my Comp G and they were great.

If you want less dust, less noise and still better braking than stock, use Hawk Ceramic. These factory pads dust like crazy.

I'll be changing over at 10k.
