The Good:
Can is a work of art.
Looks really nice in the engine bay.

The OK:
I could have probably used another 6" of hose. I had to be pretty stingy with the first run and the second piece just fit. The extra would have been useful for routing.
Printed Directions (although I found them on here and it is pretty easy)

The Bad:
None.

Now before you all go saying we don't need one, get a flash light and look in your TB, I did, its oily in there!

I actually had about 2 inches of extra hose that was not needed, and I gave a lot of slack for the second run. You might want to check to see if you are going the most direct route for the first run.

Off the passenger side fitting, curled immediately up over the TB, behind resevoir and over to the Can. I don't see any more direct route it nearly a straight shot.

Here guys. Anyone that needs the instructions.

I always thought I included enough hose. No one ever said anything before. I don't have access to a G8 right now, but I'll get the measurements so that I can send exactly the amount of hose needed.

I would be careful where you have the can sitting. I had mine running directly towards the passenger side of the vehicle and have since turned the can towards the front of the vehicle so IN CASE of a leak, it is not leaking on the very HOT exhaust manifold and potentially start a fire.

Good point, I might change mine

This is likely a total newb question, but can you simply pour the oil back into the engine as normal when you empty the catch can? Wife is leaving town for a few days next week, so I need to have myself a MOD DAY!!

Put it in the same bucket with your other used motor oil that you're fixing to recycle.

So do you guys refill with fresh oil a similar amount to what gets 'caught' and poured out?

My dipstick is not graduated in microliters, so I don't know how much to put back in.
