G8 15k Mile Service [Archive] - GRRRR8.net

Hey guys,

I turned 15,000 miles a couple weeks ago, and just made my appointment for service for next week; what can I expect that needs to be done for this? Simple oil change and tire rotation?

I just want to ensure that my service department does all the work that should be done. This is my first new car, so I have no experience with this.

It is all in the owners manual (I don't know off hand).:)

No shit huh? RTFM....

No scheduled 15k service though according to the manual? I would think they would recommend something at least for before 25k?

Sorry got busy. Oil change, Rotate and Balance, and check fluids. I would put a bottle of good injector cleaner in it as well.

We rotate our tires every 5k miles. Oil change roughly during that time frame.

Thanks Charlie, I'll pick up a bottle of injector cleaner and put that in with my next tank.
