Yes, you do... it's not too difficult as I have done it three times now. This was from last friday:

O.K. thanks.
Is there any tips on taking it off? Just bolts and loosen comes off?
Funny reason I am asking cause I am trying to take my headlight off to send off to a company that will paint and put halo's like you have...Looks sweet!!!
yup, cincity. I was the first, and these are my second set. (you'll probably get my first set, re painted) :) The g8 headlight assys are a beeotch to disassemble.
It's pretty simple. 4 screws underneath, 4 bolts in the fender area (2 on each side), 4 screws in the fender (2 on each side), 2 plastic fasteners and 2 bolts under the hood. Underneath the headlights are two lips that fasten in. You have to pry them out with a long screwdriver.
Here's a link to more pics of the car with lights (the first set, working on wiring up the 2nd set now. They have a new feature I can't wait to show off).

O.K. thanks,
Actually it a company called Advanced Auto Concepts...

I saw cincity, how are they? Advanced Auto Concepts said ship them to them and takes about a week. Since they don't have a halo kit for G8 mine would be first and they only charge half for installing kit. They have a kit for GTO's but not G8's
Well, cincity was really professional and it took a bit for me cause I had an extra set of assys shipped to them. Now they are about to receive back my old set so they will have a set on hand so you have no down time. Your call.

Is there anything wrong with the set you sent back to them??
Did you deal with Nic or Ryan from CinCity??
thanks again,
Jim

Nothing wrong, I just wanted something else added to them (which I'll show off if I get these wired right in the next couple days)... and yes they paint. I have talked to both of them, I think Ryan is in charge but I mainly have dealt with Nic. Both have been professional and courteous. Let them know I sent ya.
