Stock Sub woofer speaker wire

Does anyone know if the factory sub woofer amp is receiving a full range signal or a low pass crossed over signal? I figure the wires coming out of the amp, going to the sub are crossed over (low pass).

I wanna use the wires coming from the HU as the inputs into my digital LOC.

I believe there are full range speaker leads running to (or away from) the amp plug.
