Great Danes are awesome dogs. My buddy has one and she is one cool laid back dog. Shes a house dog though and sucks cause she thinks shes a lap dog still, lol.

Her color will get a little darker but blue is not the same as black.

She is pretty. Her mom and dad are excellent. My friend is a trainer and handler and I have learned a ton about dogs since I have known him.

Just an update on Daisy (my great dane puppy). When we brought her home at 10 weeks she weighed 23.8 lbs. At 17 weeks she weighs 50 lbs! She, pretty much, eats, shits, plays and sleeps....in that order.

Nice, sounds familiar. I just bought a doggy poop septic system to put in the yard. My younger German Shepard pup is almost 6 months and weighs 70lbs. His poop droppings remind me of a Clydesdale horse.

Great looking dog. I got a Dane/Mastiff mix about 2 years ago. A little wider then a Dane but not as tall. Still acts like a very hyper puppy. Stands at the back door and jumps up and down like a rabbit when he wants to come in. Back feet about 2 ft off the ground and frt. about 3 1/2. My neighbor has one and another two just down the road. They get tall fast!! - Good luck with him. - Lance
