Hey Mike.

Your wish is my command.......Here's a couple quick stories about smoking the competition in the MotorCity...... (this might get moved ;).....

I took down an SRT8 Charger at Lapeer Dragway a couple months ago, but that's because he was sleep'n when the lights turned green. I held him off all the way to the finish.:first: I talked about it a bit in the 1/4 thread a while ago. At least I won:thumbsup:

I also had a chance to take on a Ford Mustang (cobra) a few weeks ago on I75. I think it was the last body style, not the current one. He came up on me in the left lane, then pulled around me in the middle lane to see if I wanted to play. Who was I to say "NO" ;) I heard him mash the pedal (ok, i heard his car down shift and his loud ass exhaust!) and I mashed mine. I pulled away (not like a rocket) but I was gaining space on him till I hit my 140mph shut off. GRRRRRRRR! Need that tune.....:disgust: He went by me but shut it down once he saw me get out of it. He had noth'en :bleh:

So yeah, it's been fun crushing the other guys!

Would love too, but will have to wait for either a win of the lotto or a divorce and I don't think either will be coming any time soon. I modded my Evo 8 to heck, huge turbo, cams, aem ecu, exedy twin, all other support mod's totalling over 8k, all while my wife watching and having a fit. I don't think she'll sit back and watch that happen again. For now its the family truckster with a baby seat in the back and hope for at least a vector tune for xmas. Other than that I'm spent. My next big check is going to a walt disney cruise, yippe. :hang:

No stories with this car (yet), other than driving it everyday since Thanksgiving, sun, rain, snow. Only time I've gotten it stuck was in my own driveway the last time we got that 8 or 10" dump.
No mod plans (yet). My Mustang is still the money pit, but I'm getting kinda tired of working on it...
