How about a headlight?

I had to take the front bumper cover off. BlownG8 said that he was able to go behind the bumper cover with some screwdrivers in the tabs that hold it on to get them off.

I tried his approach initially (starting with removing the screws and tabs on the top and sticking my arms in there), but it didn't take long before I felt I was doing more harm than good.

Taking the front bumper cover isn't too hard off a job. There is a post somewhere how to do it. The only issue I had was the tabs under the headlight really didn't want to let go and I was afraid I was going to break it.

How about a headlight?

Bumper cover has to come off to access bolts.

Just remove top bolts and scrivets in cover and snake your hand inside....

Then what? Clips? Screws?

Sorry, yes the grille has built in clips around the chrome kidneys. They are pushed towards the center of the grille while some pressure applied to the chrome. This relieves the pressure on the clip, which is more like a barbed post with barb on the bumper cover side.
