Hey Livernois guys...

Have you gone insane on a Ford GT yet? I see this Cobra has a lot of GT parts. I would love to see stuff on that if you have.

We should know very shortly, but it should easily go 9's at full weight.

The gentleman that owns it can definitely drive. he had an 8-second twin turbo Vette that ran 8's and I believe he has the 6-speed record in a Vette. He wants to do the same with the Shelby.

Does it in fact run 8's? There's a 10 second buick grand national at my local car show that runs 9's lol. Just kidding im being stupid. :P I think I saw that video it was awsome!

I had traction problems with my 07 Mustang which had about 550hp less at the wheels. I can only imagine what it'd be like to drive this car.

The GT doesn't seem to have any traction problems in the video. Rear engine 900+hp. Damn!

With the turbos, the power doesn't come on as quick as the Shelby with the Whipple. There is lag and it is probably better for this car. The Shelby blows the tires off even with slicks... :)

He explained that he was here from out of town picking up the car and the track was closed. They also noticed on his license that it was his birthday and said it's bad enough they have to worry about young kids driving like that, let alone a 40 yr. old man and let him go.
