Yeah, the decals probably won't last too long anyways. I figured I would see how they looked. I don't love it but I don't hate it either. The ones I really wanted are the HSV decals but they are probably too big. We shall see.......

I say leave it the way it is! Looks great and classy. I think the blacked out look is getting played out. Only my personal opinion and well opinions are like.... you know the rest.

In my opinion, it all depends on the attitude that you want to portray. I think the blacked out looks more menacing and the way it is currently looks a little more classy.

Your car currently looks tits. To me the black would 'cheapen' the look. The only color I would consider it on is a panther black 8.

Well, it has been decided. The wife saw the photoshop picture and actually thought I already did it! She hates the way it looks and I think I would grow tired of it. After I showed her that it wasn't already done, I realized how much she doesn't pay attention to what I do. I will not be murdering them but I have to refinish them some how as the car wash here has gashed the shit out of the rears. I guess I won't be called the idiot who ruined his HSV's!

what is the size of those? They look big bc of the pic but are they pretty large? I thought right away that they should go on the lowest panel on each side, below the rear doors, in front of the rear wheels. WTF is that panel called? Kick panel? Rocker panel?

Pic 3 and 4 is where I would put them for sure. They are lost under the hood really and I dont like any more stuff on the trunk or under the turn signal area. Thats my opinion lol

Thanks, I'm not going to black out the wheels. I am going to have them repaired/powdercoated about the same color as they are now. The carwash says they did not damage them but they would be WRONG. I have never curbed this ride ever. Anyways, no worries! The only thing that should be scared right now is my transmission.:poof:

I'm replacing the side markers with clear markers. Everything in the front will then match. I should have them installed by the end of next week.

They are very well made and if you can part with the funds, I would get them. Putting them on was not very fun. I'm happy I did it though.

I had them done by a local customs shop in Henderson, NV. They do very good work.

With the headrests did you take the leather off of before you brought it to them? If so, was it hard to do and could you do a quick write up of how you did it since I'm looking to get mine done real soon and would like to have something to reference.

I did take the leather covers off of the headrests myself. My original reason was because I had LCD screens in them and took them out. It's not too hard to do. There are a couple of "clips" that fasten to a plastic piece on the bottom. There is one for the front and one for the backside and they fasten close together underneath. I can't really show you because I did not put stock covers back on. I had the shop recover them with new leather.
