So I took my calipers off to sand and paint. All seemed to go very well but now 3 days later my drivers side front brakes are squeaking really badly. The more I drive the worse they seem to get. Any suggestions???

It's all tight for sure, but as soon as I get some daylight I am going to take the wheel off again and have a look. Just seeing if anyone had any ideas.....Ill check to see if it's all lined up correctly too, thanks.

As long as you didnt get hand prints or grease on the rotors or pads and no paint on the surfaces, there shouldnt been any issue. Check the metal tension clips the pads sit on and make sure they are not touching the rotor.

Does the paint color on the calipers match the color you painted the rotors? I failed to match this and they squealed horribly until I re-painted the rotors to match. :p

In all seriousness the paint actually says it's for rotors too!

I think I solved the problem. I believe I had one of the metal tension clips touching the rotor. Problem fixed and test drove with no signs of squeaking. Thanks for the suggestions fellas.

The clips were going to be my recommendation too. Glad it's fixed.
