Its running rich due to the intake and thermostat and needs to be tuned. Then you will really feel the power!

so nothing really to worry about cause i was half tempted to take the pulley off and run it again. but if it just needs a tune thats coming n a couple of weeks so i will wait before i do anything.

i just order my tune from Vector Motorsports (VMS), and can't wait to take advantage of my new found power from it:woohoo:

I am assuming it is the side style intake, which really shines more with a tune. But, you shouldn't have run .5 slower, if anything maybe you should have ran the same time or .1-.2 faster. Something doesn't sound right here, you will not lose power from this, is the Density Altitude factor substantially different? What were your trap speeds before and after, mph is a more true statement of horsepower gains than E.T.

.4151 reaction .3752
2.1130 60 ft 2.2474
5.8373 330 ft 6.0983
8.8702 1/8 et 9.2082
81.52 1/8 mph 79.52

13.6205 1/4 et 14.0424

Isn't a tenth in the 60 worth like three or four tenths in the 1/4?

.1 in the 60 ft = .15 at the 1/4 mile

I have heard people even say 2/10's do you have your time slip form before the mods?

I'm going to assume one is before and the other is after. Correct?
Your MPH is the virtually the same at the 1/4 mi mark. It appears you lost no power.
You lost .1344 seconds in the 60' and .4219 seconds in the 1/4.
Did you change the way you launch the car? RPM? What was different? Temp, humidity? Did the tires spin? Hop?

I heard different. I guess that shows how often I go to the track.
