View Full Version : No more one wheel burnouts

Hey guys, just bought a G8 GT. Its making 420WHP and I notice when I do a burnout or step on it around a corner only one wheel spins. From a dead launch both grab. Wondering what the best fix is for this? Looks like some guys are using a Camaro rear end? Looking for some input, thanks!

Sounds like the clutch pack is worn out. Either upgrade your internals or put in a newer one from a gen 5 Camaro.

Check out Eaton Detroit Truetrac and see if they have anything. Most people upgrade to the stronger and lower gear from the Camaro and then toss in better parts. 2010-2015-chevrolet-camaro-ss (https://jannettyracing.com/collections/2010-2015-chevrolet-camaro-ss?page=5)
