Got a question about the 93 octane tune

This gas is hard to find. If I go ahead and get the 93 tune will the cars computer go ahead and retard the timing to stop knock when I have to put 91 in it like it does when your stock and only put regular in it? Anybody know?

Yes, but i think it would be better to have the 91 tune for consistency, especially if 91 was 90%+ of the time what you would be using.
