Does anyone know if this will work with the stock exhaust manifold??

With some fab work I'm sure. Make sure a good exhaust guy does the fabbing or you'll have some vibration or banging in places if not aligned properly.

In all honesty I would start from scratch... the Kooks mid pipe is nice but for the money you will pay for the part and modding it I bet it would be half the price to let a shop built the whole thing for you... see if there is a shop by you that builts headers as they will most likley have a manderal bender!

No..not even close. You need the headers.
