Here are some pictures of my stock GXP exhaust before I took it off and put ARH headers on the car.

Be warned my car is dirty as hell since it's been raining for 2 days and I had to drive 1 1/2 hours in the rain to get to the shop.

Very nice for a factory setup. This feeds into my belief that the GXP's will NOT have the same amount of improvement as the GT's for cam + exhaust: cam, because they already have a LOT more duration/lift; exhaust as this would look to be a better stock system than we have.

FWIW: the GXP looks to be a REALLY nice platform to simply add some FI and call it a day.

You might be right about the GXP not gaining as much mod for mod as the GT. I was surprised by the GXP exhaust. It looks way less restrictive than the GT exhaust, with the exception of the 90 degree bend at the cats.

So it might be the same muffs, but the mid muff and resonators are different for sure. Clean that car on the bottom! :nah:

Do they still have those flat crimps in both the pipes under the bolt on black plate ?

Those muffs have "true" dual tips though.

Hmmmm, Looks like the center resonator is shorter, the baby H pipe is new and those little chubs in front of it are fatter. And WTF are the cutouts and the 5th & 6th exhaust tips? :p

LOL! I must have forgotten to take a picture of the cutouts...

Thanks for posting the pics Brandon.
My stock exhaust only had one pipe flatened at the cross brace.

Brandon, check your oil level sensor. Looks to me like it's leaking.

That's actually water. I had just pulled it in from driving in the rain.

Yeah, I'll post up a review in just a little while. It's raining like hell today so I don't know if I'll get a video of it or not.

Is there any tuning required after the header install since the O2 sensors have moved back? I can't wait to hear how it sounds since the stock sound is already decent.
