How do you access the lower anchors on a 09 G8 GT?

Just stick your finger in the seat. They're right there

You should see a "button" located at the outer edges of each seat near the crease between the top and lower seat. Stick you finger in and feel for a metal loop. That is your anchor for the latch system.

I swear I only seem to have a set in the middle of the car. I know they are supposed to be across the seats but I don't seem to find them on the other sides

In the little pockets that velcro on the part of the seat back that is about 3" thick. You have to unvelcro them and then put the latch device through the hole you opened. If nothing else, pull off the seat bottoms and see where the metal U's are [emoji12]

They are seemingly unnecessarily deeply buried by a designer that didn't care much and/or hadn't ever tried to use them. They are hard to latch to, given the deep and blind placement, and super difficult to unlatch if your carseat has the simple small carabiner style hooks as opposed to the type that have a seatbelt style unbuckle button. My fingers come out sore every time.

Make sure that your child weight and car seat weight do not exceed weight rating of LATCH in the car, or the car seat itself.
I'm using seat belts to secure car seats on mine car now.
