Anyone ever heard of them or used any of their converters (http://www.ptcrace.com/index.php)?

Never heard of them.

You don't want a converter.

so i shouldnt try to build an "budget" 11s 4 door too?? yeah i cant afford it anyways. once i hit 450rwhp im done... i just wanna be able to say "yeah its a 500 (crank) hp 4 door..."

i agree with him though on the brand of converter. never heard of them and theyre site looks kinda low budget... stick with a good known brand such as Yank, Circle D, FTI...

I never heard of them either, but I never heard of Circle D until this site either.

I'm hoping 450rwhp and a Yank 3200 gets me 11's. Definately going to need some DR's.

I have used Circle D in a couple fbodies that run pretty damn good at the track, but Precision converters seem to do just as good at the track and have better street manners from what I have seen and driven anyway.

Never heard of them, but that doesn't mean the product isn't good. Circle D, Yank, and FTI were all the in the same unheard of boat at the same time as well. If you think that its worth the deal, get it and test it out, and report your results pros/cons on here and let people be the judge. You can never have too many name brand aftermarket parts!

Well guys, I won't be trying this converter out. Word around town is that they aren't too good. I don't have the money to be naive on this one and sacrifice the tranny. So, I guess I'll be saving for a Yank or Vig.

I talked to Edge converters a couple months back and he said they would have a conveter soon. I have used them before and they work good. I havent checked back so i dont they might have one by now.

I have an Edge converter in my Mustang. It is a very quality build and I have never had any problems. I think the guy's name is Andre.
